I’ve been helping people buy and sell homes across Central Florida for nearly a decade — from Marion, Sumter, and Levy counties to luxury properties throughout the Tampa Bay area. After more than 30 years in Florida, I know these markets inside and out. I’ve sold everything from golf course villas to waterfront estates and multi-generational horse farms — but for me, real estate has never been about transactions. It’s about people.
